The bride's attendants wore
floor -length empire gowns of
lagoda featuring stand-up col-
lars and three-kuarter length
sleeves. A front pleat was txirn-
med with cotton lace. Each
wore a bow in her hair which •
matched the shade of her dress,
and shoulder -length veil. They
carried baskets of tinted mums
with ivy and streamers.
Mrs. Wilbert Schwichtenberg
of Port 'Elgin, the bride's sister,
as matron of honor, was gowned
In mauve. The bridesmaids,
Mrs. Irvine Storey of Wingham,
wore pink; Mrs. Fred Davis of
Windsor, wore blue; and Miss
Sandra Fisher, Kitchener, was
gowned in yellow.
Harvey Craig, of R. R. 3,
Wingham was his brother's
groomsman. The ushers were
Jack Coultes of Burlington,
brother of the bride, Gary Rin-
toul of R. R. 3, Wingham and
'Parman Machan of Brussels. -4,-,..
The reception and wedding
dinner were held at the White-
church Community Hall which
was decorated with m a uv e,
pink, blue and yellow stream-
ers and white mums, A three -
tiered wedding dake and
candles graced the bride's ta-
ble . A special guest at the
wedding was the bride's grand-
mother, Mrs. George Coultes,
of Huronview, Clinton:

The bride's mother chose a
bone colored Lurex crepe dress
with matching accessories. The
'groom's mother wore a mauve
brocade dress with mauve and
white accessories. Mrs. Coul-
tes wore a corsage of pink
roses and Mrs. Craig's corsage
was yellow roses.
Mr. and Mrs. Craig left on
a wedding trip to Southern On-
tario, the bride travelling in a
mint green crimplene dress with
yellow and white accessories.
Her corsage was yellow roses.
Mr. and Mrs. Craig are liv-
ing at R. R. 3, Wingham.

bride, asking her to share in
this part of the program by ac-
cepting the nice tokens .wrap-
ped up, with their cards, which
in future she could road fre-
quently.- Her gifts were many,
including plaques, pyrex dish-
es, towels, china, c 10,theS
hamper and two lovely living
room lamps.
Sigberta thanked her sister
and the assembled gathering of
about 60 people.

Linda Mary Stapleton, 20,
°of Toronto, graduated recently
as an Air Canada stewardess,
following an intensive five week
training class in Montreal.
Miss Stapleton was born and
educated in Wingham, and
prior to joining Air Canada in
-April, she was employed as a
secretary with Union Electric
Supply and JDS Investments
Limited.

ble -ring ceremony which united
Barbara Kaye Snell and Allan
Douglas Bosman in marriage. e
The bride is the daughter of
Mr. and. Mrs. Jack Snell .of
Londesboro, and the groom is
the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon
Bosman of Belgrave.
Rev, C. B. Heckendom of
Londesboro officiated. Organ-
ist was Mrs. Harry Lear of Lon-
desboro and soloist, Richard
Snell, brother of the, bride,
sang, "The Wedding Benedic-
tion", "The Lord's Prayer".
and " I'll Walk Beside You".
The bride, given in marri-
age by her father, chose an or-
iginal gown of silk organza and
Alencon lace, re -embroidered
with seed pearls.. The fitted
bodice and full bishop's sleeves
were lavishly appliqued with
cut Alencon lace, as was the
A-line skirt. A full cape of
•oranza fell from a lace yoke
at the shoulders, extending into
a full train. Her headpiece
was a cluster of organza loops
and flowers, securing a full-
length veil embroidered at the
edges. She carried a bouquet
of pink roses showered with
stephanotis and greens.
, Miss Bonnie ,Snell of Londes-
boro was her sister's maid of
honor. Bridesmaids were Miss
Betty Snell of Londesboro, also
a sister of the bride, Miss Mur-
iel KeUs of Alma, Miss Joan
Bosman of Belgrave, sister of
the groom, and Miss Jo -Anne
Snell, of Londesboro, cousin
of the bride. They were ident-
ically gowned in Grecian -styled
gowns of turquoise chiffon and
Viennese lace. The slim -fit-
ting ,skirt of chiffon over taffeta
featured a sleeveless bodice,
.scoop neckline and empire
waistline, highlighted with a
bandof lace. A matching, de-
tachable Chiffon panel, fasten-
ed to a ring of Viennese lace,

At three o'clock on Saturday,
July 19, Joyce Marie Procter
and Ronald Harold Hill.xchang-
ed marriage vows at a double -
ring ceremony in Trinity Ang-
lican Church, Belgrave. Rev.
C. F. Johnson of Wingham of-
ficiated.
The bride is the daughter of
Mrs. Richard Procter of Belgrave
and the late Mr. Procter. The
groom is the son of Mr. and
Mrs. Harold Hill of Harriston.
The bride's cousin, Miss
Marjorie Procter of -Belgrave
was soloist. She sang " Wed -
ding Prayer" and "0 Perfect
Love", accompanied by the or-
ganist, Mrs. Lawrence Vannan
of Belgrave.
The bride, given in marri-
age by her mother, made her
own wedding dress, a floor -
length gown of white peau de
charme with empire waist and
lily -point sleeves. The train
and the A-line front of the dress
were, trimmed with bridal rose
appliqued lace. The bride car-
ried a crossrshaped bouquet of .
pink carnations and trailing ivy.
Miss Ann Gallaway of Sarnia
was bridesmaid. She wore a.
gown sirnilar style to that of
the bride's, of pink Swiss dot
with appliqued rose buds and
carried a spray of white shastas.
Groomsman was Mr. Robert '
Brusso of Peterborough. Frank
Procter of Belgrave ushered
guests who attended from pruce
Mines, Lendon, Sarnia, Kitch-
ener, Harriston and Belgrave.
Following the ceremony a re-
ception was held at the home
of the bride,. The dining room
was decorated with pink and
white bells and streamers, the
tables with pink candles and
sweet peas,
For travelling the bride
changed to a s im p 1 y styled
mauve A-line dress with a dainty
mauve hat and white accessor-
ies. On their honeymoon the
couple toured the Gaspe and
Maritime provinces, returning
home through northern United
States.
The bride is a graduate of
die University of Western On-
tario and London Teachers' Col-
lege. The grodm is a graduate -
of the 0. A. C. , University of
Guelph and is a -second -year
student in the Certified General
Accountants' Association of On-
tario.
The couple will reside at
R. R. 1, Bright, Ontario. Mrs.
Hill is on the Staff of lnnerkip
Public School and Mx. HUI is
fertilizer manager for L. C. Cur=
rah Mills, Ltd. Hickson, Ontar-
io.

Central School gave a kitchen
shower at the home of Mrs.
Keith Koetsier; at the home of
Mrs. Ray Snell, a miscellane-
ous shower was &Oen by Mrs.
Snell and co -hostesses, Mrs.
Harry Lear and Mrs. Ron Gross;
Mrs. Robert Peck and daughters
Dianne and Donna gave a mit=
cellaneous and lingerie shower.
A trousseau tea was held for
Barbara by her mother on July
12, The table was attractive
with a lace cloth, hand -cro-
cheted by the bride's grand-
mother, and centrepiece of
turquoise and whiteshasta dais-
ies And candelabra. Pouring
tea in the afternoon were Mrs.
John Snell, grandmother of the
• bride and Mrs. Morris Bosman,
grandmother of the groom, In

line where it was held by a bow.
