and Mrs. Alex Nethery read a
paper concerning the Ascension
which had been written by Miss
Stella Nethery.

guests the roll call was an-
swered by each person intro-
ducing herself. Miss Marjorie
Procter sang "The Holy City".
Mrs. Vannan then introduced
the speaker, Mrs. Wililam
Craven of Goderich. Mrs. Crav-
en gave a very interesting talk
on "The Faceless Man". She
stated that we are all guilty of
grouping people into great gobs
or humanity according to their
colour, race, social standing,
religion or occupation. In this
way we fail to understand that
each person is an individual,
and if we are going to help each
other we must look beyond the
faceless man and discover his
needs. If we are to show peo-
ple that we are Christians we
must treat our fellow humans
with love and understanding.
Mrs. Clare. VanCamp thank-
ed Mrs. Craven for presenting
a challenging message in a very
interesting manner. Mrs. Rob-
ert Higgins presented Mrs. Crav-
en with a gift as a token of
gratitude from the Guild.
Miss Connie Nethery played
two selections on the accordion
