osh. Township on September 17,.
1895; .and: was the eldest ,daugh-
ter of the Tate William Abra-►
ham and Mary Muir,
In 192 she was marded to
Clarence R. Henning and lived
in Turnberry Township until
1962 when they retired to Wing-
-ham.
She is survived ky her hus-
band, one daughter Mildred of
Wingham and one son Bill of
Oshawa; one grandson and one
sister, Mrs. William Bolt.
She had been in failing
health for the last five years
• and will always be remembered
for her cheerful ways and help-
ing hand.
She was a member of the
United Church.
The funeral was held at the
S. J. Walker funeral home on
Wednesday, May 7th at 2 p. m.,
conducted by Rev. K. B. Pass-
more. He was assisted by Rev.
G. Fish. Burial, was in Wroxe-
ter Cemetery.
The pallbearers were Glenn
Wylie, Raymond Bolt, Clarence
Henning, Raymond Henning,
Glenn McKercher and A 1 v i a
Moffatt. The flower bearers
were George Fisher, Harold El-
liott and Joe Walker. -

Mrs. Webster Willitts died
at the home of her daughter,
Mrs. West Haugh, on May 5.
She was in her '78th year.
She was born February 4,
1892, in H o w i c k Township,
daughter of the late Sara Ruther-
ford and John MacLean. She
married Webster Willitts of
Tumberry Township on June 2 7,
1919. She had resided in ;Turn -
berry since that time. ,
Mr. Willitts predeceased her
in 1949. She was also prede-
ceased by one sister and one
brother.
Surviving are her daughter
Edith, Mrs. Haugh; two sons,
Jack and.Ross of Turnberry; ,and
five grandchildren.
The funeral was held from
Moir's funeral home in Gorrie
on Thursday afternoon. Pall-
bearers were six nephews, Cliff
and Wilford Henry, Walter and
Jack Willitts, Jack Fitch. and
Jack MacLean. The flower
bearers were Walter Woods and
William Merkley.
