Rev.$quires, recently arrived in Canada from England, was guest speaker, with Rev. and Mrs. Geroge Sach of Gorrie also present. During the evening the club presented Mr. and Mrs. Ferguson with a small gift, in appreciation for their work with the club before moving to •Gorrie last fall. ' Lunch was served. - A few from this area attend- ed the Walkerton Ministerial Association banquet in Mildmay on Wednesday.evening of last week. The classes will be held the last Saturday afternoon of each month, so if you have children 6-12 years of age. , bring them along. Mrs. Tom Cameron discussed China with the children and then they work- ed on their booklets with Mrs. James Lamont assisting. Alison Roberts was named treasurer. -Recreation was in the .form of a Chinese game called ."The Cliicken's Home", followed by a sing -song which brought the meeting to a close. The next meeting will be Monday. May 5th at 4 p. m. at Mrs. Tom Cameron's home. • All children between 4 and 9 years of age are welcome to at- tend.
