Russel Self, returned mission- ary, will have charge of the services at Chalmers and Lang - side Presbyterian Churches. Little Carolyn Willis of At- wood spent the week -end with her grandmother, Mrs. Doris Willis. On Sunday her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Gary Willis visit- ed here and she returned home with them. The opening of the trout season saw many fishermen along the banks of the streams in this section, famous for fish- ing. There is something ro- mantic about returning to the haunts of one's youth for the • opening of the fishing season. Mr. and Mrs. Richard Turner and family of Toronto visited on Sunday with his mother, Mrs. Allan Turner. Mr, and Mrs. Gershom John- ston of W ing,ham were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Jack Johnston and f a in i 1 y of St. Marys. Visitors on Sunday with Mrs. Ezra Scholtz were Mr. and Mrs. Clayton Scholtz, Karen, Leasa and Kenton of Goderich , Mr. and Mrs. Cameron Simmons and Lonnie of London. T h e Simmons family also. visited with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. -Simmons of Wingham. Mr. and Mrs. Stan Hartley, Donna Lee, Scott and Stephen of Toronto spent the week -end with Mr. and Mrs. John Jamie- son and family. Mr.. and Mrs. George Walker were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Peter Campbell of W Wawanosh Township, Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Laidlaw, Janet and Herb Laidlaw spent the weekend at Camp Ipper- wash, in their trailer. Communion service and a baptismal service were held at Chalmers Church on Sunday with Rev. G. Fish in charge. Baptized were Brian Donald, son . of Mr. and Mrs. Donald' Ross; Wayne Lome, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lome Forster; Kimberley Ann, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Rintoul, . R. R.1, Peter- borough. Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Black of Belgrave visited Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Leroy Rintoul and family prior to their leav- ing for Peterborough, and with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Rintoul and family. Mr. and Mrs. Angus Falcon- er, Allan and Kevin of Streets- ville spent the week -end with THE CHILDREN'S LITTLE THEATRE presentation of 'Richard Harding Bush or The Rococo Coco Bean, climaxed with a granc1 finale, Royal Masquerade Ball.
