Two new members
for Jr: Auxiliary
.BELGRAVE--The third meet-
ing of the Belgrave'Jtrnior,Aux.
iliary was held at Mr. and Mrs.
Clark J:ohnstOn's on April 19.
Games were led by KarenScott.
The meeting opened with
the promise, members prayer,
motto and Junior Auxiliary
hymn. The roll 'eau was an-
swered and minutes of the last
meeting were read by Marni
Walsh. Patsy Scott gave the
0 -treasurer's report. Catriva 0' -
Hagan and April McBurney col-
lected the, offering -and Ret a
Lynn White recited the offer-
tory prayer.
The next m• eeting will be
held at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. Johnston on April 26 from
9.45 to 11.15. Games for the
next meeting will be led by
Laurie Stackhouse. The sing-
song will be led. by Catrina 0' -
Hagan and clean-up girls a"
Reta Lynn White and April Mc-
Burney.
Beth Scott continued with a
story from the stud y book,
"Golders Coin". Then all the
' girls joined in singing songs to-
gether led by Ruth Ann White.

the Junior Auxiliary. They are
Ruth Ann White and Catrina
O'Hagan. The meeting .closed

ence at Howick Central Public School last
Thursday night thrilled at a gymnastic dis-
play put, on by the pupils. The, demonstr-
ation was part of a concert and fashion
show presented by members of night
classes at the school.

holds meeting
FORDWICH--The afternoon
unit of the Fordwich U. C.. W.
held their April meeting in the
Sunday School rooms. The wor-
ship service w a s conducted
around a worship centre of the
cross, the Bible and Easter lilies
The theme of the service was
"He Lives",and was conducted
by Miss Minnie. McElwain and
Mrs. Pearl Patterson.
• Mrs. Patterson read the Scrip-
ture and led in prayer. • Miss
McElwain gave the meditation
they were modelling dresses made by their
•rnother, Mrs. Howard Kaufman • of R. R. 2
Gorrie. The fashion show was put on by

message. Thanks was extended
to Mrs. Scott Clarkson who had
been responsible for colledting
used stamps for the Leper Mis-
sion. ,

served by Mrs. Parker Eurig
