Keefe and Patriok Nangle are the two largest assessed ratepayers in the township of Biddulph whilst Mr. Wm, Grant, of Granlon, stands at the head as the largest rate- payer in Biddulph. The first named gentlemen are assessed $20 each more than Mr. Grant, but his school rate is much higher thus giving him the proud distinction of being the king of ratepayers.
