The interior of the building consists •of six large
rooms, a kitchen and :five washrooms. The auditor'
ium (right) situated on the main floor is approxi-
mately 30)010' with a' seating capacity of 300 -people.
At the rear of the auditorium is a kitchen equipped
with gas, ranges, refrigerators, automatic • dishwasher
and other facilities for catering.' .The lower floor
houses a social room,, ladies' and escorts' club room,
men's club room, games room, television and reading
room and' office. The.entlre building will be heated
with •an. oil -fired hot water system:

Application has been made to, the Liquor . Control
Board for a private dub beer license. The building.
• has passed inspection by the Huron Cou ty Health
Services, Ontario Hydro Commission, Fire Inspector, •
and ,,Town Council. It will now be ,opened for in-
spection by the citizens of Wingham and district.
