Rev. and Mrs. Horace Brad- en of London were Sunday din- ner guests with Mr. a%d Mrs. Johnston Conn, Patsy Caslick of Culross and Darlene Coulees of East Wawan- osh were visitors for a few days last week with their grandpar- ents, Mr. and Mr -s.. Earl Cas- lick. Mr. and Mrs. Carl McClen- agban and Mr. and Mrs. Ben McClenaghan attended the Barbour picnic, held at Elora on Sunday. The afternoon was spent with the young touring the scenes of nature around the gorge and the older folks visit- ing. The president, Mrs. El- wood Barbour, presided for the business peridd when it was decided to hold the picnic next year in this locality. Mr. Jamieson Pettypiece accompa- nied Mr. and Mrs. Elwood Barbour to the icnic. The piciaic supper ended the get-to- gether. Misses Alma Conn and her, • friend Margaret Craig were visitors with Mr, and Mrs: Nel- son Pickell at their summer cottage; near Hanover. Mr. and Mrs. Bill Parker of Lucian visited on Tuesday with her parents Mrs and Mrs. Ben McClenaghan and her brother, Carl and Mrs. IvicClenaghan. The Parkers were returning from their holidays. Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Scott. of Ripley and Mr. and Mrs. Earl Caslick were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Coultes and family. Mr. and lvlrs. John DeBoer and family were at Elora on Sunday.
