cup fresh minced onion

Beat eggs; mix In crumbs, orange juice, orange rind, onion,
and pepper. Mix in ham and pork. Shape into a loaf hi a lightly
greased 0 x 18 -inch baking pan. Bake in 3500F. oven for 80 min,
