% cup ,water
% teaspoon salt
•• 1 cup seasoned, mashed
potatoes
Cut fish into small pieces. .Put 10 saucepan with water
and salt. Simmer until tender, about 5 mins.; drain and
chop coarsely. Combine potatoes with parsley, horse-
radish, lem n juice, pepper and egg yolks; mix well. Add
fish, mix I1litly but thoroughly. Shape into balls about
1% incbea in diameter: Roll in corn flake crumbs. Chill.
Fry in deep hot fat (360° P.), about 2'nins., until
golden brown. Serve .with Caper Sauce or other suit-
able sauce. Y' el 6, servings, 4„ balls each.
