June Cooper introduced the guest speaker Diane Gerstenkorn, who demonstrated how to make a door swag in Christmas motif from a wicker fan. She showed several beautiful floral arrangements using soap bars, spoons, mugs, wicker containers. Mrs. Edison McLean won the lucky draw for the door swag. January meeting was reviewed and a gift for Queensway Nursing Home is to be roll call. Courtes-y remarks were given by Sandra Turner. Mrs. Kinsman wished everyone a merry Christmas _and .the _ meeting closed with the hymn While Shepherds Watched Their Flocks. Personals Cliff Henderson is a patient in University Hospital, London. Mr. and Mrs. J. McGee, Blyth visited with Mr. and Mrs. W. L. Mellis last Monday. Mr. Wilmer Turner, Stanley Township is a patient in Exeter Hospital. A letter has been sent to Mr. Schreyer and the group is waiting his reply. The committee is steadily moving on with the . birthday plans and invitations will be sent to every landowner in Morris and some 1,800 more invitations will be sent to former residents. T-shirts, sporting the Morris Township logo for its anniversary, are available for sale. Daily barbecues have been planned for the weekend celebration and the an- niversary will be opened with a dance at the Brussels, 1'Vlorris and Grey Community Centre on May 2.
