Hart McNally. - Mr. McNally, of 80 Osborne Street in Clinton died in his residence on December 1. He was 65 years old. He was born on October 2, 1915 in Edmonton, Alberta and attended school in Springhill, Manitoba. 'Mr. McNally lived in Macklin, Saskatchewan from 1915- 1918 and lived in Neepawa, 'Manitoba from 1918-1943 ° when he, married Jeanette J. Tielemans. The couple continued to live in Neepawa and later moved to Ontario where they..•resided in .Chatham before moving to Clinton. Mr. McNally 'worked in a janitorial service and was an elder in the Clinton congregation of the Jehovah's Witnesses and served a term as minister. 1 - - He is survived by his wife and two daughters, Natalie Louise and Naomi --Sarah, both living at home. Mr. McNally is also survived by one sister Mrs: Leslie (Kathleen) King of Timmins and Gordon of Corunna Walter Gardiner of- ficiated at the December 3 funeral services and interment will be held in the spring at the Clinton Cemetery. Fred Mote passes Fredrick Mote Less than a week after celebrating his 60th wedding anniversary with -i his wife Edna•, Fredrick Mote died in the couple's Albert Street home on December 2. Mr. Mote, 79, was born in Caradoc Township on December 3, 1900 to George Mote, and the former Orpha Winegarden. Coupie celebrate 40th A well-known area couple, Bob and Willa Taylor, celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on December 5 in the Hensall Community centre. Over 400 people wished them well at the recep- tion, including the couple's bridesmaid, Mrs. Isobel (Robinson) MacKenzie of Perth, Ontario. Mrs. Taylor is the the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs, Oliver Jervis, while Mr. Taylor is the 'son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Wiliam Taylor of Varna. The couple were married December 7, 1940 at the home of the bride's parents, Hillcrest Farms near Summerhill, by the late Rev Burton. The Taylors have three children, Barry Taylor of RR 3, Clinton, -Mrs. Lloyd (Carol) Moore of Exeter, and Don Taylor of RR 3, Clinton. As well as the hundreds of well-wishers, the couple received congratulations from -`MPP Jack Riddell. • Mr. Taylor will be well remembered for his nine years as recreation supervisor at Huronview. The next day we will have our Christmas Party for the Residents. The Seaforth Lions Club will entertain on Dec. 21st. and Mrs. 'McDonald will have a program in the 'auditorium on the 28th. Doreen Pick sang two very pleasing solos and Marion Powell read a story and closed the devotional exercises with prayer.
