Add % cup of pineapple syrup; Add s1/2 cup cold water. Chill 1/2 cup lime jello until slightly thickened. Prepare 2 packages of Dream Whip. according to package directions. Fold 1 cup Dream Whip into 1/2 cup of thickened g jello. Pour over strawberry jello in bowl. Chill until firm. Green Layer: Chill remaining lime jello until slightly thickened.
