APRICOT -GLAZED TURKEY
CHRISTMAS PUDDING

Red Layer: Dissolve one regular size strawberry
jello in 1 cup hot water. •Add 3/ cup cold water.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in 1 medium
banana sliced. Pour in large bowl and chill till M
almost firm. IA
White Layer: Dissolve one double lime jello in 2 • zt
cups hot water. Add % cup of pineapple syrup;
Add s1/2 cup cold water. Chill 1/2 cup lime jello
until slightly thickened. Prepare 2 packages of
Dream Whip. according to package directions.
Fold 1 cup Dream Whip into 1/2 cup of thickened g
jello. Pour over strawberry jello in bowl. Chill
until firm.
Green Layer: Chill remaining lime jello until
slightly thickened. Fold in 20 oz. can of drained
tidbits. Pour over jello in bowl. Chill until firm.
Add remaining Dream Whip to the top of the
jello. g

QUICK N' EASY FRUITCAKE
1 lb. cranberries
2 oranges
3 apples
Put all three in grinder
Add - 21/2 cups white sugar.

2 cups marshrnallows (small ones)
15 cherries cut (red)
15 cherries cut (green)
1/2 cup walnuts
21/2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2. tsp. vanilla
Mix well, sprinkle coconut in bottom of. square
loaf pan. Put in above ingredients. Sprinkle with
coconut on top - chill till used.
