A number of other liquor charges involved persons under 19 -years - of -age and individual charges and fines were issued to: Donald McIntosh, Brucefield, $53; Jeffrey Ball, Clinton, $53; David Stephenson, RR 1, Varna, $53; Arnold Roest, RR 1, Clinton, $53; Mark Damsnia, RR 5, Clinton, $53; Richard Kaptein, Bayfield, $53; William Fleming, Clinton, $53; Timothy Proctor,.Clinton, $53. Michael Albert of Brussels was fined $263 for an August 23 charge of speeding. DaVid Brodie of RR 2, Brucefield was fined $198 for a speeding • charge and on the same day, August 10 received two other charges on unnecessary noise, with fines of $53 each. Michael Cooper ,of Clinton was, fined $53 for a charge of being intoxicated in a public place.
