George Newbold, a drrbsin+st r or o f Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home, has asked council t� take some action to •remove the scrap pile because it is a non- conforming land use in a residential area. • Mr. Newbold said the original landscape and n view of the area was one reason he built the nursing home in that • section•of town. Owners of the land in dispute, Bill and.
