At a special meeting of
Goderich Township
Council on June 9, 'a'
motion was passed to
have Muer Construction
Company proceed with
the drawing of specific
plans and line drawings
for a township hall of 50
feet » by 25 feet wit i the
intended purpose of
'signing a contract.
Present at the meeting
besides the councillors
were Casey Dendekker of
Muer Construction
Company and local
engineer Ken Dunn. Mr.
Dendekker presented
further details on his
former proposal "with
estimates on various
options.
At a regular council
mee"ting on June 16, Don
Bosman requested in-
fornlation regarding
.building permits for 17
acres on part lot 21,
concession 9, No motions
were recorded. '
Gary Davidson, Huron
County planner, was
present to discuss zoning
and order 749-73 in
part-iycular. Council ap-
proved the suggestion
that o•rd_er. 749-73 'be
removed: 1

per yard; and Lakeland -
$.69 per yard. A motion,
was passed to hire
Lakeland subject to
approval by the M.T.C.
Accounts totalling
'more than $202,000 were
ordered paid by council.
These q.ccounts included
$20,000» for tile deben-
tures, $80,000 for .Board of
Education taxes, $50,000
for county taxes and
$33,000 for Rodd
Superintendent pay roll.
Council then adjourned
until July 7 at 8 p.m.
