The committee has also suggested to the town that a brochure be made up to outline events at the park, as well to provide a brief historical sketch of the site. ROYALBANJ( AUTOPLAN. Employee retires after 20 years of work WHAT DOES THIS MEAN TO YOU..... To help mark this event, we are offering SPECIAL SALE PRICES on our Targe stock of new Acadians After 20 years of handling transactions and an- swering questions Helen Cooper will now be spending more of her time travelling and pursuing her hobbies with her retirement from Clinton's Bank of Montreal. After holding every clerical position in the bank and working with managers H.M. Monteith, William Robinson, Ken Flett and the present manager Earl Hilderley, Mrs. Cooper will retire from her position as Customer Services Clerk on June 30. She joined the bank as Helen McKenzie in Sep- tember 1941 as a collection clerk. At that time the staff consisted of four ladies and two men. She left the bank in April, 1944 to pursue a family -life when she married Jim Cooper and the couple raised two sons, Jim of Stratford and Bob, who lives in Arlingt..n, Virginia. She returned to the branch in 1964. But now, Mrs. Cooper will be leaving .the bank again, this time to devote 'herself to some travelling, reading, crafts, knitting and gardening, which she refers to as cutting grass and pulling weeds. During the next few months, the Bank of Montreal in Clinton will change significantly. A new addition to the branch is well underway and Mrs. Cooper will now be one the other side of the counter as a customer, but her 20 years of loyal service is not likely to be forgotten. 24 INSTOCK-SPECIAL 'TIL SAT.
