HURON COUNTY HISTORICAL SOCIETY SPECIAL- Open to students from Grades 1 to 8. Students in this competition will prepare a model, demonstration or display of a pioneer craft, pioneer industry, or activity of pioneers in home, farm or factory. A demonstration, display, or working model could involve more than one person. Entries must be typical of early life in Huron County. This contest will be sponsored at all participating fairs in 1980. Prizes for entries are as follows: 1st - $8.00, 2nd - $6.00, 3rd - $4.00, 4th - $2.00, 6th to 10th - $1.00 each.
