Membership fee is $2.00. 4 A 1981 membership fee of $2.00 will be deducted from winnings. 5 Entry Fee will be: 10 percent of winnings over $10.00. 6 Entries are to be received by the Secretary, Faye Fear, Box 1423, Clinton, Ont.
