PRESIDENT'SMESSAGE
On behalf of the Board of Directors it is mypl,easure to extend a warm and cordial
invitation to this our 126th Spring Fair. My thanks to the . Ladies' and' M.en's
Divisions for their support and special thanks to the service clubs, and community
as a whole for getting behind us this year: See you at the Fair which we hope will be
'the biggest and best ever.

• Rulesand Regulations for Livestock
1 ALL COMPLETED entries to be in the secretary's hands, the deadline being
11:00 A.M. the day of the fair. BE SURE TO 'GET YOUR• EXHIBITOR'S
NUMBER. NO PRIZE MONIES TO. UNREGISTERED EXHIBITORS. All
entry forms must be filled in properly before forwarding to the secretary.
2 All Stock to: be the bona fide property of the exhibitor.
3 All livestock MUST be properly clipped and groomed.
4 All animals MUST be identified by pedigrees upon entering the ring.
5 Membership fee is $2.00
6 All prize monies will have $2.00 deducted for 1981 membership.
7 No protest, no appeals, judging commences at one o'clock sharp.
8 In the absence of competition,in any class, or if the stock shown be of inferior
quality or unsound, thejudges will award such prizes as they think the animal
deserves.
9 All stallions and purebred stock must be registered or eligible for registration..
10 The Society shall not ! responsible for any loss to an exhibitor, occasioned by
fire, accident, neglect of other exhibitors or officials �r otherwise. This shall be
a condition of entry.
11 Exhibitors shall, if required by the directors, make a statutory declaration that
the animal exhibited by them is., exhibited in accordance with the rule's and
regulations of the Society. In case of refusal, all prizes shall be forfeited.
12 No exhibitor can claim more than two prizes in any one class.
13 All cheques must be presented by. July 30, 1980, otherwise they will not be
honoured.
14 All animals must be in the ring within five minutes after the class is called; if
not, the class will be judged on time.
15 No exhibits to leave grounds before 5: 00•P.M.
16 Only one prize paid one exhibitor for herd or flock.
