On a"recent trip- to the
laundromat Mrs. Esther
Handy discovered a ,way
to save money while
drying her clothes.
When her machine
stopped she found her
laundryto be still damp
so believing the next
dryer to be hers she
tossed the damp things
in. A very embarrassing
situation when the real
owner of the laundry
came in looking for his
clothes.
Due to the retirement
of Esther Handy from
this column, I will be the
only one writing the
news.
It will be extra hard to
-fill the spare and- I will
miss having Esther
working with Ine.
