people, who boarded the
bus driven by Gary.
McEalls.
The bus arrived at the
Metro Zoo in Toronto
about 11 am and the
group had an enjoyable
tour, guided by Lyn
Wylie, and saw all the
animals from a large
elephant to a little mouse.
Most enjoyed their
lunch at MacDonald's
' and then it was onto Casa
interesting. The group
dined at Ed's Warehouse
Restaurant and then
were homeward bound,
arriving back in Clinton a
happy tired group at 9;30
pm.
The next bus trip is to
Niagara Falls on June 23.
Church news
The Reverend George
Youmatoff was in charge
of the morning service at
St. James Anglican
Church, on Sunday. The
Reverend Canon F.H.
Paull gave the sermon.
Dan Middleton' and
i Edward Deeves received
the offering and .the
organist was Mrs. Sarah
Storey. There were
flowers in the sanctuary
in memory of Mr. Bert
.Bowden.
Next Sunday, there will
be Holy Communion with
the Reverend Douglas
Pitts and the Rev.
Youmatoff giving the
sermon.
Church care for the
month of June will in-
: volve general
housecleaning. Audrey
Middleton is in charge of
preparations for Holy
Communion."
Expressions of sym-

the late Mr. Bert
Rowden.

weekend partly ' in Cor-
nwall playing euchre in a
Legion tournament and
..also at Haron College's
Synod at delegate for St.
James Middleton.
Our congratulations

zgerald and his wife Lois
Fitzgerald on the birth of
their new son, Fraser.
