The regular monthly
meeting of St, jose.ples

Association Was held on
April .8th at the home of
Sharon'McLenaghan. The
>ineeting Was opened With
a prayer by the president,
Mrs. Carole Kerrigan,
The minutes of the
previous meeting were
read and approved'and it.
was decided to hold an
open meeting on May 28th
at :8,30,p,m. at the school.
There was a lengthy
discussion regarding the
,agenda for thIS meeting.
Notices will -be sent..h
to. the parents and
hopefully the proposed
agenda will be of interest
to all concerned.
After many months of
waiting, the new school
addition is .now com-
pleted. The official
openingof the addition
will be held on Sunday
May 4th at 2 p.m.
Everyone in St. Joseph's
and St. Michael's
Parishes areinvited, as
well as anyone else who is ,
interested. Babysitting
will be provided by the
Church Youth Group.
The next three months
will be busy for everyone—
with Solemn Communion
to be held on June 8th and
Graduation on June '15th.
Also,. there will be a fun
day and various other
activities to finish out"the
school -year.:
The playground
equipment .design has
been chosenand
• materials are . now being
ordered by past president

weather on the way, work
parties will soon be
organized so that the
playground •equipment
can be constructed early
in the summer.
The meeting was ad-
journed at 11 p.m. with
the next meeting
scheduled for May 28th at
the school.

The week of April 20 to
26 promises to be an
exciting week at the
Clinton and District
Christian School. During
this week, the pupils,
teachers and parents
have planned a number of
activities. These ac-
tivities are designed to
acquaintx. the general
public , ,nd - the local'
Christian gchool society
with the day to day
running of the school.
Christian Education
week is planned this year
in conjunction with a Fine
Arts Festival to be held
on April 25, throughout
the day in Clinton.
The Fine Arts Festival
will play host to a number
of Christian Schools from
as far away as Wood-
stock, St. Thomas,
Aylmer and Strathroy.
After a full day of per-
formances and com-
petition to be held in the
Clinton Christian School,
the pupils will perform
for the general public in
the ' . high school
auditorium at 8 p.m. This
performance will feature
a number of senior choirs
and other talent from the
various schools.
The Fine Arts _Festival
will` be the conclusion of a
busy week: On Monday
evening there will be
Parent-Teacher in-
terviews, on Wednesday
on Open House to Which
parentsand the general
public are invited. During
this Open House the
pupilsf will hold an
assembly which will
-feature some of the local
talent to be displayed at
the Fine Arts Festival.
The Drama group will
present a play entitled A
Dish For The ging. The
choirs will sing some
selections, and other
groups and individuals
will perforin. It is ex-
pected that a large
number of people will
turn out to give the new
gymnasium - auditorium
facilities lis' first 'major
test.
