Special music at Baptist services
The true meaning of
Easter Was brought out in
the special- music at the
Bayfield Baptist Church
in both.. services on
Sunday, through solos by
Miss Elva Keep, visiting
here from the 'London
Baptist Seminary.
Our own Mrs. Cathi
Cullen sang two solos,
each blending so
beautifully with the
messages brought by the
Pastor, Rev. Les Shiel,
assisted by -Mark
Nicholson. The Pastor
used Revelation, chapter
1, for the morning ser-
vice, stressing that Jesus
does have victory over
death and hell and if we
accept Him as Saviour,
He will receive us in spite
of our sins.
• . The evening service
was around the Com-
munion table, as it is
found in 1st Corinthians,
Chapter 11, where Jesus
commands "This do in
remembrance. of Me".
