This week a new business opened up called the Trading Post in the former Jackson'§ Grocery Store. Mrs. Edna Patterson and Mrs. Pearl Eyre have returned home from Florida. Sorry to hear that Mrs. Wilbur Keyes is seriously ill in Seaforth hospital. The Brucefield U.C.W. is invited toVarna Church to the Maundy Thursday service at 8 p.m. The Easter. Sunrise Service will be held in the Brucefield Church hall at 7:30 a.m. followed by an Easter breakfast served by the choir. Good Friday service at Brucefield Church begins at 8 p.m. - • Curling Club The Stanley Curling Club held a fun night with a large attendance. The ice was filled twice at 7 p.m. and at 9 p.m. with quite a few trying tht winter sport for the first time. • •Winning teams for the evening were: first, Brian Triebtier's team; second, Gerald Horton's team, third, Bob Turner's team, Every curler went home with a prize.
