Women's Institute went
to HuronView to take part
in the March birthday
party last Wednesday.
The president, Mrs.

program which began
with a sing -song 1ed by

Mrs. Donald Haines with
Mrs. Emmerson Rodger
at the piano.
A medley of old-time

was given by Mrs.
Thomas Haggitt.
Several numbers on the
violin were played by
Oliver Anderson ac-
companied by Mrs.
Kenneth McDougall.
A piano solo was played
by Beth Hawley and Beth
and Amy Hawley sang a
duet, Miss Polly Had a
Baby, accompanied by
their mother, Mrs. Rick
Hawley.
Two selections on the
mouth organ were played
by Ross Robinson, ac-
companied on the piano
by 1V1rrs..Donald Haines.
Happy Birthday was
sung with Mrs.
Emmerson Rodger at the
piano.

Mrs. Richard Buchanan,
district secretary, stating
that the District
Executive meeting would
be held on April 7 at
Holmesville and the
District Annual is to be
May 26.
An invitation to attend
the meeting of the
Goderich Township W.I.
on April 14 was accepted.

dinner at noon. The

the members. They will
be in the charge of Mrs.
Tom Haggitt and Mrs.
Tom Lawlor. The
nominating committee of
Mrs. Dpnald Haines; Mrs.
Frank Raithby and Mrs,
Leonard. Archambault
will bring in the slate of
officers
