MR. AND MRS. BARRY CULBERT
You may remember Barry and Sheila (Kersey)
CtiThert aiilieengaged couple who Enodelleilior last
year's bridal supplement to the Goderich Signal -Star
and Clinton News Record.
Barry and Sheila have been married for ten months
now having taken their vows in Windsor on May 5,
1979. They met through mutual friends in April of 1978
and were formally engaged on December 28, 1978.
They are happily settled in Goderich. Barry is
working as a machinist at Champion Road Machinery
Limited and Sheila is the manager of the Irene Hill
clothing store in the Suncoast Mall.
Barry and, Sheila still have their dog Buffy and will
have a new addition to their family when Sheila gives
birth to their first child at the end of May or early in
June.
• Barry is a native of Goderich. Sheila is a native of
Windsor. She has lived in Goderich for three years
now and has adjusted very well to the town.
Signal -Star Publishing Limited wishes Barry and
Sheila many happy years of married life -and takes
this opportunity to thank them once again for being
•last year's model couple.

DON MacDONALD
AND
BRENDA BALL
When Brenda Ball began playing baseball, she
never guessed that'sorneday she would fall in love with
her coach.
Now Brenda and her coach, bon MacDonald, are
engaged and plan to be married on July 19 in Clinton.
The young couple is helping their hometown
newspaper by posing for pictures in this year's special
bridal supplement to the Goderich Signal -Star and the
Clinton News -Record.
Brenda and Don met on home base with the Clinton
Girls' Juvenile baseball team. A -long with their sports
interest, Brenda is completing a nurse's training
course at the Wingham District Hospital in May and
Don works with Ontario Hydro in Clinton as a forester.
The couple will be working and living in Clinton
following their marriage.
Don and Brenda are in the midst of planning their
special day and the Signal -Star and News -Record
sincerely appreciate the time they gave up from their
busy schedules to help in the preparation of the 1980
Bride's Edition.
This edition will offer other couples some helpful
hints, from choosing outfits to selecting caterers. It is
hoped that the Bride's Edition will help make your
wedding day a happy and memorable one.
