March 19:
Madeline Bartlett and
Dianne Lobb assisted
Phyllis with a most
delicious lunch: Phyllis
then did her usual fine job
as auctioneer for the bake
sale. -
Personals
Four people from this
community, Don and
Marilyn Forbes and Don
and Alison Lobb took a
week off and flew to
Trelawny Bay, Jamaica
where they found the
people to be very friendly
and soon discovered that
a lot of the tourists were
from Ontario.
The temperature was a
comfortable 90 degrees F
with a nice breeze at
night.
The time was spent
touring the farming
country, which is much
rougher than this area°f
The slopeswere about 70
degrees and most of the
work was done by hand.
Horseback riding, rides
on glass -bottom boats
and shopping sprees
made the time go quickly
and then they had to fly
back on a foggy day to the
cold weather of Canada.

Meeting 3 of the Clinton
I, 441 club was held on
Feb. 20, when we
discussed the size and
brightness of our
bedrooms. The next thing
we determined was how
you use your room. This
guide helps you plan your
room according to its use.
We also discussed how
our bedrooms are.
decorated, in reference to
the furniture, floor
covering and wall °
covering. We were then
given some .helpful hints
about how to select the
furnishings for a room
according to its use.
For example, if you use
your rooth for study
purposes or reading, you
would require proper
lighting and maybe a
desk. Anyone with
questions about their
sampler was shown how
to complete it at home.
The next meeting will
be held on March 5. - by
