Bayfield Fall Flair. Council passed a motion to have the clerk invite a representative from Goderich, to a meeting to explain the overrun, of cost with regards , to the town's senior citizens' housing -. , project. The clerk was also authorized tb send a certificate to the Ministry of Housing saying that the S.A.M., project was completed -ow the , town- ship's'agreement. E.
