"Merry Christmas precious gift" Minutes of the last meeting and treasurer's report was read by Addie Hunking, The draw donated by Stella Adams was won by Ida Durnin and a letter of thanks was read from Pat Burns Pitkin. Program was readings by Edythe Beacom Addie Hunking reading on "candles" and Christmas lights on Christmas Eve. Margaret Good had a contest which was won by Gladys Arm- strong.Next meeting will be Group 4 on January 16. Edythe Beacom. closed the meeting „ Christmas goodies were served by Tri Duizer; Edythe Beacom, Addie Hunking and Margaret Good. Aimwell Unit The Aimwell Unit meeting was held at the home of Joan Whyte on Monday, December 17, and opened with Gail Lear at the piano. Roll call was answered with 12 members and two visitors present. The November minutes were read by secretary, June. Fothergill and - a representative - was ap- pointed to the nomination committee. The January meeting will . be held January 21st. The treasurer's report was given by Kathy McDougall and birthday pennies were received. Florence Cartwright had worship service Joan Whyte and Helen Lawson were in charge of the program. Brian and Crystal Whyte played a piano duet Joan and Helen presented a skit on Christmas With Gail Lear playing carols in between readings. This was followed by a record of Charlie Brown's Christmas. David Whyte played the guitar. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Shaddick went to Toronto on Friday , Dec. 21st to ineet Sgt. Richard and Mrs. Shaddick, Sandra and David from Burnaby, B.C., who are home for the Christmas holidays. A family gathering was held on Saturday when Mrs. Lloyd Shaddick, Kitchener, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Shaddick, Waterloo and Miss Ruth Shaddick, Clinton were present. Mr. and Mrs. Arnie Duizer held Christmas on Saturday evening December 22 for their family. Present were: Mr. and Mrs. Joe Hunking and family, Mr. and. Mrs. Bruce Lyndon and family and Mr. and Mrs. Larry Gibbings and family. Mrs. Laura Lyon held family Christmas on Saturday evening and present were: Mr. and Mrs. Murray Lyon, Bradley and Deana, Mr. and Mrs. Bert Lyon,.
