FRUIT BALLS
40 marshmallows cut with scissors
1 cup dates cut
1 -cup shredded coconut
1 cup evaporated milk
2 cups rolled graham wafer crumbs
1/2 cup nuts and cherries (each)
Mix all together. Roll in hands with wafer
i crumbs. Let set.

SNOW BALLS
Cream together:
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup icing sugar
1 tbsp. butter
Add :•
1 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup crushed rice krispies
Roll in small balls and dip in icing sugar
mixture -1 cup icing sugar and 11/2 tbsp. water.
Roll in fine coconut and chill.

OATMEAL CRUNCH
2 cups.oatmeal
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
Mix well. Press in greased pan. Bake 10 to 12
minutes at 350 degrees. Cut when cool.

OATMEAL CRUNCHY
COOKIES
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar •
1 cup soft margarine
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 large eggs
Cream well
Add pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
Cream again,
1 cup oatmeal.
Dissolve 1 tsp. soda in 1 tblsp. cold water.
2 cups flour
Mix.
Drop on cookie sheet and press—Makes six
dozen.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT CLUSTERS
1 6 -oz. pkg. chocolate chipits
1 6 -oz. pkg. butterscotch chipits
1 cup chow mein noodles
1 cup blanched peanuts
In top of double boiler melt chocolate and
butterscotch chipits. Add noodles and peanuts
and mix thoroughly. Drop teaspoonful on waxed
paper. Allow to cool and set.

SHORTBREAD COOKIES
1/2 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
1 cup soft butter
Sift cornstarch, sugar and flour into mixing
bowl. Blend in butter with a spoon until soft
dough is formed. Chill for 1/2 hour. Shape into one
inch balls on cookie sheet. Flatten with fork
tongs. Bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes or
until lightly browned.
