30. In memoriam
WATKINS -
In loving Memory of tny
beloved father and grand-
father John William Watkins
who passed away one
year ago, August 8, 1978.
Please God forgive my silent
tear,
A silent wish that my father
were here,
There are others, yes I know,
But he was mine and I loved
him so.
One year ago, I had to part,
With the one I loved with al!
my heart.
The wound is deep, it will not
heal,
Only those who have lost
know how I feel.
If I could speak with my Dad
today,
Laug.h with him in the same
old way,
Hear his voice and see his
smile,
Then life indeed would be
worthwhile.
Sleep peacefully Dad.
Love from your daughter
Judi, son-in-law Dwight and
granddaughters Lori and
Debbie. -32
