London, Nov. 1: —The Mark Lane Express. in its weekly revio•.v of the British grafin trade says; English wheat values are hardening Prices aro 6d better. The marked falling off in deliveries in London tends to raise the tone. The sales of English wheat during the past week were 65,371 quarters at 30s ld, against 48 908 quarters 306 3d during the ccrrespouding week last year. Flour is steady, barleys are in good inquiry and are 6d clearer. The values of foreign wheat are maintained. Liverpool quotes ld higher. Corn is in small supply at stiffened prices. There were sis arrivals of wheat cargoes. Three were sold and one remains, At to-days's market 'wheat was steady. flour was firm. For corn the turn was dearer. Oats were 3d to Gd dearer.
