Bingo was again suc-
cessful with 77 patrons on
hand. Winning the $200
jackpot prize was one of
our regular patrons.
Debbie Riley, we're sure
she'll' find good use for
her winnings. Our dart
club was again out in
force Thursday evening,
and the winning pair was
Rosemary and Don
Armstrong, a first for
them. The high single
score was obtained by
Doug Mclsaac with 116
and the high ladies' single
score went to Doris
Chambers with 97.
Our dart club teams
were again active last
Saturday afternoon as
they journeyed to Exeter
to compete in the Huron
County Dart Competition
which is held weekly. One
of our teams has done
very well indeed, coming
fourth out of 52 teams.
Members of the team
were Doug and Phylis
Mclsaac and Brian and
Brenda Atkinson. A good
showing by our dart club.
Next Monday evening,
we hold our regular
membership meeting, an
important one for all
members as it is the
annual nomination
meeting. Our mem-
bership chairman also
informs us that four new
members will be initiated
at that meeting, so
comrades, regular and
associate, your support is
imperative.
