TRUTH 'rn--1
Christ not only rose from the dead in His physical body
which could be seen and touched, Luke 24:39, but went
up again into heaven in His visible physical body. (Acts
1:9).
Scripture tells us that Christ is seen in heaven after His
Ascension, for example, Acts 8:55,56; 9:3-6; Revelation
5:6, etc.
His entrance into heaven was a great triumph. It
signified that His work on earth was complete and He
' entered a new sphere of service at the right hand of the
Father. He is universal Lord and awaits His ultimate
triumph and return in glory.
He is now in heaven as the High Priest of His people.
The book of Hebrews teaches this truth. He Is Head of
His church, Colossians 1:18. He is also Advocate for
His people when they sin, i John 2:1.
God is at present calling outs people to form the
mystical body of Christ. He is etnpowerifg "those
people to witness for Christ to the ends of the earth.

CNIB celebrate 50th
In 1978, the golden
anniversary year of
CNIB, the organization
has made a great effort to
make sure that all
visually handicapped
persons are informed of
the latest aids and ap-
pliances which are
available for them.
Displays and demon-
strations, such as the one
held in the Orange Hall in
Clinton last month, took
place in centres in many
parts of the province
`At the present time the
CNIB is giving increased
emphasis to its em-
ployment service, which
offers training for em-
ployment and aid in job
placement to its mem-
bers. At a seminar held
early this year, with the
Canadian Employment
and Immigration
Commission, the CNIB
sought to have this
Commission include job
hunters who are blind in
its services. This would discrimination against
be one step toward visually handicapped
removal of job persons.

JEHOVAH'S TRUTH
In Romans 3:10 we read, as it is written, there is none
righteous, no, not one. Romans 3:23 "For all have sin-
ned and come short of the glory of God; We see here
the words "none" and "all", these leave little doubt we
are sinners in the eyes of God.
In John 3:3 Jesus answered and said unto him, "Verily,
verily, 1 say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he
cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:15-20 tells us God loves us and if we believe in
Jesus we have eternal life which is forever & ever. In
John 3:36 it tells us that if we believe not the Son we
shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on Him.
Roman 6:23 for the wages of sin is death, but the gift of
God .Iseternal life, through Jesus Christ, our Lord.
Where does this death take us? Look at Matt7:19 Every
tree that bringeth not forth %ood fruit is hewn down,
and cast into the fire. Mathew 13:42 & 50 both tell us -
and shall cast them into a furnace of fire: "there shall
be wailing and gnashing of teeth".
In Rev. 20:10 we read the devil is also cast into the lake
of fire and brimstone where the beast and false
prophet are, and they sigII be tormRnted forever 8
(-ever.
In Rev:Y21:8 we see all unbelieving sininers shall have
their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brim-
stone; which is the second death.
If we look back to Luke 16: 23-25 we see the rich man
and the beggar named Lazarus. In verse 23 -"and in hell
he lifted up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth
Abraham afar off," and in verse 24 cries for mercy lust
to dip his finger in water to cool his tongue; why?
because he was tormented in this flame. In verse 26 we
read of a great gulf and no one can pass back & forth.
This is the Gulf that God did span at Calvary. Peter 2:24.
Who his own self bore our sins In his own body on the
tree, that we being dead to sin, should live unto
righteousness by whose stripes we are healed!
