Goderich lady wins $1,000
Mrs. Ed Jeffrey of
Goderich was the top
winner at the Clinton
Monster Bingo on
Monday night. Mrs.
Jeffrey pocketed the
$1,000 jackpot.
Other special winners
included: Louise
Tideswell, Clinton, the
$156.75 special; Mrs.
Mary Mulaney, Dublin,
the $124.50 special and the
$147.25 special was split
between Muriel Buyers of
Clinton and William Ryan
of Goderich.
Individual winners of
$50 in the regular games

The TGIF night was
again successful with
Slim Lacroix winning the
raffle draw. But low and
behold, Marg Counter
was unsuccessful as she
missed out on the at-
tendance draw. The pot
has now built up to $77.75,
and to qualify, all you
have to do is come to the
Legion and register once
a week. Ali members are
eligible to participate,
including the Ladies
Auxiliary.
Last Saturday, the
auditorium was again an
active part of the Legion
as Mr. and Mrs. Earl
