In the 60 years the McAlisters have beery married, great and small events have changed the world around them, "We had a bare cliff in front of our house when it was built in 1941," Mrs. McAlister reminisced. As the trees grew up around them so did the family, "To think that it all started with just the two of us" she marvelled, looking • around at the crowd of kinfolk. It all began 75 years ago on a lonely skating pond in Aylmer. A little girl who had forgotten her button hook couldn't do up her high buttoned shoes to walk home at dusk in the snow. The little boy who found her crying and took her to his house to borrow a button hook later became her husband, and the button hook story is a favourite in their family to this day. .44 • .41..E After Dinner have an enjoyable evening in our disco lounge Open: 12 noon•1 a.m. Mon, to Sat.
