attended, Considering it
was the eve of our
"Canada Day" and a long
weekend for many of our
normal patrons.
As "Canada Day" went
by, I watched many areas
on TV who had a Canada
Day parade • or
celebration, I couldn't
help but wonder why our
town and service clubs
couldn't get together this
year and plan some kind
of event for nekt 'year's
Canada Day. It could be
one method of exem-
plifying and promoting
national unity for our,
country. It is a subject
which we hear much
about and talk much
about but never seem to
put our thoughts and
words into concrete
action. Your comments,
please!
