Participaction activities resume
Tuesday saw the resum-
ption of Participaction at
CHSS. There is one principal
change in format and that
change places the Par-
ticipaction period at the end
of the shortened day
schedule. Initially, it is ex-
pected that basketball and
floor hockey schedules will be
completed. As the weather
improves, activities will
likely move outdoors and
plans are moving forward in
that direction.
One of the main reasons for
continuing with Par-
ticipaction has to do with, of
all things, the bus schedule.
CRSS' schedule is integrated
with three other secondary
school districts and with
elementary schools as well.
Since our buses must leave no
later than 3:25 p.m. there is
not enough time for students
who are having subject dif-
ficulties to obtain extra help
other than during a Par-
ticipaction period.
r or the next two months,
therefore, staff members who
are not involved directly with
activities will be available for
extra help. All students are
urged to make use of this
opportunity - especially those
having difficulty.
Remember - twice a week
