Mrs. Percy Wright suffered a Back injury in a tall and is confined to South Huron Hospital. Jack Swartz, Hillsgreen underwent surgery during the past week. John E. Caldwell is holidaying in Puerto -Rico. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Vern Alderdice on the occasion of their 25th wedding anniversary. Busy Buddies Kippen II Busy Buddies held their 4-H club meeting at the Brucefield Church Hall with the roll call, "How could I define a good citizen?" Mrs. Finlayson told about "Basic Freedom" which is found in the members pamphlet. Things affected by law and kinds of government was given by Mrs. Roberts, who also showed pictures of the various responsibilities of the provincial. federal and municipal governments and had the members identify them. A homework questionnaire sheet on government was discussed. 31. Card of thanks ROOTH: To Rick and his "Harmony Four" friends who , sang the old, old songs for me one day while I was in hospital recently. The gift of a rose and the kindly thoughts and action touched my heart. This was followed by a question and answer period, after which a delicious lunch was served. .The Busy Buddies held their 4-H meting March 27 at the home of Mrs. Roberts, with the roll call "My Con- tribution to my community" Mrs. Roberts gave some important pointers on poisonous plants found around the house and garden and poisons found around the home.
