Selling Your House....
WHO COMES TO AN
OPEN HOUSE?
Occasionally homeowners plan an open house to attract
prospective buyers. Perhaps they'll run a newspaper ad or
put up a sign or two. IF homeseekers see the ad or the signs.
PERHAPS they'll stop by.
Real estate professionals have been running open houses for
e long time. We know the types of ads that will attract
buyers. not lust curious neighbors. We will alert our own list
of qualified buyers to visit your house.
Who comes to an open house? There are serious shoppers and
"lust -lookers." plus every kind of visitor in between. And
they all have questions. The visits are not spaced for your
convenience. People come in bunches. and the questions
come fast and furious.
That's when we'll help you cope. We'll help you separate the
serious. qualified prospects from the casual shoppers. We'll
save you time and we'll save you anguish. In the long run.
we may even save you money.
