pursuant to The Ontario
Building Code Act, 1974
. No person shall construct, repair or
demolish a building unless a permit has been
issued by the building inspector.
2. Applications for permits are obtainable at
the municipal offices•bnd must be returned at
least 21 days before permit is required.
3. Every person who knowingly furnishes
false information in any application under the
Act or fails to comply with any order, direc-
tion or other requirement made under the Act
is liable to a fine of not more than '2,000.00.
