Dy our Own correspondents, Elimville, Miss Clara Miller, who has been sick for several months, passed through death's last door on Friday last. She bore her affliction with chriCtian patience and resignation and passed away with a bright hopa of future glory. Her mortal remains were interred in FARMERS Si, OTHERS. ' OBITIJARY. —OD the .1511i day of April, i 1887 it is recorded that Clara, eldest daughter of Mr. David Miller, of this place, departed this life at the young and promising age of 17 years and 7 months. , Seldom does it fall to our lot to cbroniole ; the death of one so young, and who a few Imonths ago gave promise of such a bright and vigorous womanhood. Some nine months ago Clara became afflicted with a very painful knee, the disease partaking the nature of a scrofulous affection. The pain gradually increased in intensity, the knee becoming much swollen, until it as- sumed such proportions as to become un- wieldy, and shortly before Christmas the sufferer took to her bed.
