The evening was highlighted by the pipes and drums of the Band entertaining the at- tendance' during in- termission. Highland Dan- cers Karen and Louise McGregor and Fran Brady performed highland dances to the music of Piper Glen McGregor. Draw prizes were won by Mrs. Francis Profit of Goderich, Alex McFarlane of RR2, Tiverton, Gladys East of Clinton, and Edgar Rath - well of Goderich. The Clinton Legion Pipe Band would like to express their thanks and appreciation to Comrade Hap McAlpine who donated a bar travel case, to Mrs. Dorthy Flagg who donated a hand crotched doiley and Eldon Yeo who donated a barbie doll layette. All these prizes were used in the draw which resulted in a successful venture by the Band. Deputy Zone Com- mander Comrade William Riehl from Blyth drew the winning tickets.
