press release, child abuse in
Huron County has risen
dramatically. On Thursday,
October 20, at 10 a.m. at the
Vanastra Church CINA,
(Children in Need of Atten-
tion) will be presenting a film
on this subject -followed by a
talk and an open discussion
period

Re -Source Centre has on its
agenda for Thursday mor
.ning: babysitting services;
recreation period; recreation
for teenagers: as well as a
report on the library.
Beginning on October 27,
the Vanastra Resource
Centre will meet on Thursday
afternoons from 1:30 p.m. - 4
p.m, instead of Thursday
mornings. To enable more
people to attend these
sessions. baby sitting ser-
vices will be provided free of
charge.
The library will also be
open all day, on Thursdays
beginning on October 27. The
hours will be 9 a.m. - 12 noon,
1:30 - 4 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. -
