Holmesville school news On Thursday, October 6 the boys and girls soccer teams travelled to Brucefield and played in a tournament. The boys won in their division and the girls came up with a very strong second. On October 6, there was a presentation for the soccer teams in the auditorium. The roll call, which asked the girls to name a new fruit that they learned about in this unit or a new way of serving a familiar fruit, was answered by 15 members. The club decided to use the cover design that Mary Jean l3ettles made up. The next meeting was set for October 24 and the one after on November 2.
