A letter from the Goderich Figure Skating Club was read requesting the township's sponsorships, similar to what has been offered to the Clinton Figure Skating Club. It was decided to hold this letter until the next meeting, pending further investigation and discussion with the township clerk, Ben Whitely. LL Participation for . the township for the winter was discussed. Crafts are being set up for the ladies again. Doug Yeo would like a volunteex to manage the volleyball group this winter. Silver Jubilee year Beginning Thursday, September 22, the board office in Clinton will, be holding a display called "1977 Silver Jubilee Year." This display° 'was do'ne, by Hullett and includes flags, poetry, art, pictures, and school assemblies. If anyone is interested in seeing these displays you may go to the board office beginning Thursday, Sep- tember 22 and see them. It will be up for three weeks. r�+ Around the school On Wednesday, September 14, the grade four class went on a trip around the school.
