'Take notice that By -Law No. 9 for 1977 requires that
where a landlord provides heat to rented or leased ..,,,
living accommodation, such heat indst be provided at a
minimum of 68 degrees F. or 20 degrees Celsius year
round.
-The Penalty for failure to do so shall not exceed $500
for each offense.
Any Tenant or Lessee may make a written complaint
to the Huron County Medical Officer of Health who
shall have access to the premises for inspection of the
complaint. This By -Law came into force June 23, 1971.
