Passed away at Clinton on
Friday, June 3rd, 1977 in his 66th
year. Surviving are 2 sisters,
Mrs. Frank (Theda) Williams, of
Sebring, Fla., Mrs. Cole (Verna)
Doucette, Clinton, 2 brothers,
Douglas, of Clinton, and Clarence
of Goderich. The late Mr.
Freeman rested at the Ball

THE ONTARIO MUNICIPAL BOARD hereby appoints
Tuesday, the 5th day of July, 1974 at the hour of ten o'clock
(local time) in the forenoon at the Huron Centennial School;
No. 4 Highway, in the Village of Brucefield, for the hearing of
all parties interested in supporting or opposing this ap-
plication.
If you do not attend and are not represented at this hearing,
the Board may proceed in your absence and you will not be
entitled to any further notice of the proceedings.
In the event the decision is reserved, persons taking part in
the hearing may request a copy of the decision from the
presiding. Board Member. Such decision will be mailed to you
when available. "
This hearing is being held primarily to decide whether the
above-mentioned by-law should or should not be approved.
Requests for changes Will only be considered by special leave
granted by the Board and if sufficient advance notice has
been given to the clerk of the municipality to permit notice of
such requests to ,neighbouring property owners. It should be
noted also that any decision made at this hearing is subject to
the right of any person interested to apply for an amendment
under Section 35 (22) of The Planning Act.

passed away at South Huron
Hospital, Exeter on Friday
June 3 in his 82nd year.
He is survived by his wife,

proving in health at the home

fered severe burns to his face
while burning brush and his
truck was damaged beyond
repair.
Mrs. E. Paterson ' returned
home , on • Monday having
spent a few days in
Burlington.

June 19, the open air service
and picnic for Brucefield and
Kippen congregations is ►
scheduled. A large crowd
attended visitors day at
Brucefield United Church
when the UCW entertained
the neighbour societies.
